What does counter art look like in an economy driven by gambling?

A series of posters, drawings, photo and video offer satire and expression in response to the penetration of Australian lifestyle and culture by a gaming industry fuelled on mental addiction and government complicity

The ironic sleight of hand questions the social costs and effects of gaming within society, where mental health, family and community come second to corporate profit and government regulation.

Andrew Simms is currently an undergraduate for a Bachelor of Visual Art at Sydney College of the Arts Sydney.
